To reposition No Standing for growth, I led a full-scale rebrand that shifted the agency from a traditional branding studio into a creative innovation company specialising in immersive technology, animation, film, and post-production. The challenge wasn’t just aesthetic—it was about redefining how the business positioned itself in a competitive global market, while also overhauling the internal systems that powered the work.

I directed the brand strategy, messaging, and creative identity—researching competitors across Europe, the UAE, America, and Australia to carve out a distinct point of difference. Working closely with our creative strategist, art director, graphic designer, and UI/UX designer, we developed a unified brand language and design system that reflected No Standing’s evolution into a future-facing creative technology company. Together, we shaped the tone of voice, refined the messaging, and built pitch templates that clearly articulated our value as an agency capable of delivering both client campaigns and proprietary IP.

In parallel, I rebuilt the agency’s operations—creating workflow architectures, restructuring teams, and designing training systems for account and project managers to improve communication and reduce bottlenecks. I also introduced new standards for file delivery, SharePoint organisation, and production protocols to raise efficiency across the board.

The result was a sharper, stronger, and more scalable No Standing—positioned to compete globally while delivering work with speed, clarity, and craft.

  • Defining a new market stance for a global stage.

I researched competitors across Europe, the UAE, America, and Australia to identify a clear point of difference. From there, I repositioned No Standing as a creative technology studio—a company that doesn’t just deliver campaigns, but develops proprietary tech and digital IP that can be scaled and monetised. I rewrote our narrative, tone of voice, and copy, ensuring every client touchpoint reflected the new positioning. This gave the agency a sharper story in pitches and a stronger stance in the global market.

  • Rebuilding the way the agency speaks and presents itself.

I directed the full rebrand—from website and identity design to deck systems and pitch frameworks. Working closely with designers, art directors and creative strategists, I helped set a new visual language and helped write the copy to align with our repositioning. I directed the creation of pitch deck templates and frameworks that made every proposal more persuasive, consistent, and visually confident. Together, these changes transformed how we communicated, making the agency feel as ambitious as the work we wanted to win.

  • Redesigning workflows, accountability, and day-to-day efficiency.

Internally, I rebuilt how the agency functioned. I created new workflow architectures, file standards, and delivery protocols, and restructured teams into smaller, accountable units with clear responsibilities. I also developed training resources for account and project managers so they could handle client conversations with confidence, cutting delays and bottlenecks. By optimising SharePoint, file management, and production protocols, I streamlined communication, improved collaboration, and raised efficiency across the entire business.
